Akifumi Nakajima's Aube icon has amassed a lengthened discography, virtually entries realizing the spirit level best content for audio recording variation from a minimum of sampled input (in many cases, a unmarried heavy origin). Influenced by distance persuade and musique concrète, Nakajima began recording in 1980 simply released zilch until a decade later, when he produced euphony for an art installation apt by a grouping of friends. Since the induction involved water, he decided to usage fitly washy sounds for the music. Nakajima's beginning Aube release came in 1991, when the Japanese interference judge Vanilla released his cassette LP Hydrophobia. Quite a few more water-related recordings followed, and Nakajima presently began branching out by exploitation wide-ranging sources such as field recordings, the hum from fluorescent lamps, human voices, encephalon waves, heartbeats, even pages organism ripped from a Bible. He has recorded for Staalplaat, Manifold, Charnel Music, Pure, Iris Light and the Grand Rapids-based kip Elsie & Jack Records. Nakajima besides operates a cassette-only judge named G.R.O.S.S. that has released several albums of Aube material. In 1999 the album Evocation was added and a year by and by Aube intimately released, Richochentrance and Blood Brain Barrier, respectively.

Britney & K-Fed's Secret Custody Battle

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline reportedly met at a secret location yesterday in a bid to settle their custody battle away from the public eye.

The pair are said to be keen to avoid their case going to trial and so – along with Brit's ever-present father Jamie and their respective lawyers – holed up for a day in a 5-star hotel to try and hammer out a deal.

However.things didn't go well with both sides refusing to give an inch, reports OK!.
On Tuesday Britney regained overnight visitation rights with her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James.
And, for now, it looks like the singer's August trial showdown with K-Fed is still on.

Alice Cooper announces new album details, tour

Alice Cooper has announced details of a new album and tour, scheduled to kick off July 31 in Oregon.

�??Along Came A Spider�?? is the 25th album from the legendary rocker, and will be released July 29 through SPV Records.

Co-produced by Black Grape�??s Danny Saber, Greg Hampton and Cooper, �??Along Came A Spider�?? sees the rocker joined by members of his touring band - drummer Eric Singer, bassist Chuck Garric, and guitarists Keri Kelli and Jason Hook. Slash also makes an appearance, adding guitars to �??Vengeance Is Mine�??.

Simmons: 'Kiss are like herpes'

Kiss bassist Gene Simmons has compared his band to herpes.

Simmons claimed the group is impossible to get rid of like the viral disease.

"Trends come, fashion comes. But we don't go away. We're like herpes," he told the Daily Star.

Speaking about the possibility of the band recording new material, Simmons commented: "There is no record industry around so we're going to wait until everybody settles down and becomes civilised.

"As soon as the record industry pops its head up, we'll record new material."

Kiss headlined the Download Festival last weekend.
